eBooking is a web-based booking platform for rooms and services. Users can check availabilities of rooms and people, request meeting rooms and additional services such as food and beverage, transportation and accommodation, as well as send meeting requests. These items are managed by back-office users ensuring service orders are issued and delivered for your meetings to run smoothly and efficiently.

Abstracts & Posters

Abstracts and posters is a web-based platform, mostly used for medical and technical congresses. Invited authors can upload or create online posters, which can be accessed by other congress attendees or presented during poster sessions.

Consulting Services

Our team is available to assist you with defining business processes, registration workflows, as well as data management, accreditation setup and badge printing. In addition, we have a network of event partners across the globe to provide you with supplementary services, both for the planning and operations of your events.
