Event-Works Accreditation module was used for the Men’s World Championship which was held for the first time in 2 countries (ITA/BUL).

More than 4’000 accreditations (need to check number) where managed using our platform across 7/8 venues (not sure anymore about exact number). Different roles where used to gather for the different rights from FIVB to LOC level (with some access rights were exclusively managed by the FIVB or the LOC, i.e. ITA/BUL) as well as per venue, both for the Venue Manager as well as the Volunteers. Media accreditations request where managed using our dynamic webforms including easy approval process managed through the same platform. Access control was implemented for the hospitality zoning in order to manage through our EW Gate smartphone app the access both in online and offline mode. It allowed accurate statistics post event that provided the input for invoicing.
