Powered by Event-Works (EW), The EU Artic Form featured a simple, yet innovative self-check-in process, that helped cut down wait times and manage attendee arrival and foot traffic.
In partnership with the European Union, the EW team helped streamline attendee check-in by leveraging the power of EW Access Control Gate App. A team of Wiz-Team SA-trained conference assistants were able to scan confirmation QR codes upon entry to the main lobby. Once participants cleared security screening, they found their badges printed and ready for use.
EW’s Document and Communications modules work well together to monitor participant movements through access control points sharing important information that can trigger business processes further down the operational chain. Further, a participant’s ability to move freely through restricted zones or meeting sessions can be easily monitored and controlled by QR codes and icons tied to a participant profile through the EW Accreditation module.
